New Video For You - Snatches, Swings, Burpees, = Magic 50!

Here is a killer work out i did last week!



Putting several whole body movements together like this will really test your conditioning levels and ability to keep going when you start to want to stop!



You can do exactly the same workout with a dumbbell, but the only ones i have at home have spinlock collars which can come undone if not careful!

awesome... I love these high intensity workouts! Burpees and snatches are my favorites. I hate doing them but I love the feeling of accomplishment after wards.

This is great. I design a lot of women's workouts like these too. Thanks for showing mad skills! I don't have kettlebells so I use dumbbells works just as well.

Love these ideas, but want I am concerned about are the potential back issues with these swinging motions.
Do you get any feedback about this?

Hi Stephen,

Thanks for your comment. You are right to be concerned about it, because as with most exercises - done badly they can be dangerous.

The good news is done right and without any pre existing reasons for not doing them, they are great.

It's worth spending some time getting used to the correct technique, even going through it with a good trainer, as you don't want to mess up with something a bit more dynamic like swings.

Learn to do these right and they should protect your back. It's a shame i'm only showing the movements from the front, but look online for some good trainers showing the movement from the side also.
